Return & Refund Policy – Niush Care

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products once opened cannot be returned.

Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged products (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect product received

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to original payment method.
